What is PERP ? 

PERP is the short form of Program for Enterprise Ready Professional. This is a unique industry- academic partnership program conceived by Ontrack Systems Limited for employing fresh graduates from BCA, BBA, BE, BTech, MBA courses in colleges. The graduates will be recruited in Ontrack as well as other companies. This program is managed and implemented by Ontrack with support from colleges who have to sign up for the program .

Can I join PERP ?

PERP is administered only in arrangement with your college. . If your college has signed up for PERP , you are eligible to enrol for the program, subject to terms of conditions of the program. If your college has not signed up, please do send us a mail and we will contact your college administration. You can however join the social networking site of PERP and participate , share & learn in the process.

Does joining PERP guarantee me a job?

Yes, all students who qualify and enroll for PERP will get a job offer and can take up their first job after completion of their degree/ academic course . However during the duration of the PERP course , if the student falls short in skills required or if the student does not have the requisite attendance and other qualifying criteria of PERP, the student may lose his/her job offer.
 

Where will I be posted ? What would be my pay ?

You may be posted anywhere in India or in overseas locations. You compensation will be determined based on your performance and place of posting.

What are the job profiles /roles available ?

The job profiles available for students who complete their education and PERP would be in any of the following areas :

• Finance
• Sales & Marketing
• Technical Positions
• Human Resources
• Project Management
• Others

If I wish to do higher studies , will PERP be useful ?

Yes. PERP would prepare you for your future career, However you will lose your job offer in case you do not take up the offer and join your job after completion of your course.

Do I have to put in additional time / effort other than my college studies?

Yes. PERP is a very enjoyable and serious engagement which provides you a solid foundation for your professional life. You will have to put in additional time and efforts to attend classes / workshops / seminars and other activities.

Does it cost to join PERP?

Yes. For exact course fees please contact your college PERP co-ordinator.

How many seats are available for PERP ? What is the duration ?

Only limited seats are available under PERP now.
For BBA/BCA , PERP will run for three years along with the degree course
For MBA , PERP will run for two years along with the MBA session.
The course duration is 1000 hours .
