Course

PERP is an embedded program which runs simultaneously with BBA, BCA and MBA courses. It provides a practical hands on approach to students . Skills and training will be imparted to students in the following areas :

IT Skills ( Advanced Level)
ERP Skills ( Certification from SAP or Microsoft )
Soft Skills ( Communication , Presentation, Etiquette etc)
Technical Skills ( JAVA , dotNet, Opensource, Mobile Technology, Web 2.0 )
Functional Skills ( Finance, HR, Marketing, Systems)
Domain Skills ( Retail, Manufacturing, Insurance, IT management , Trading ,Software)
Foreign Language skills ( Dutch, Japanese , German, Chinese )
Communication Skills ( Public speaking , Writing etc. )
Project Management Skills
Leadership & management Skills
Grooming including driving license

Students will be mentored and will choose at least two areas of specialisation. All courses will be hands on along with class room training and On the Job training ( OJT) at Ontrack or other customer sites. Students will have certification opportunities in several areas as part of the course.

Overall , the course will prepare and provide work experience to students such that as soon they graduate , they are ready to join as a Intern in Ontrack or any of their other customers with a firm job offer on completion of probation.
